Testing of production fabrics for colours fastness, shrinkage, and other  tests as per buyer’s requirement, specification.

Fabrics

Approval for style, size specifications, fitting, and workmanship if changes are necessary, then will ask improved sample. Compare with buyers sample. 

Counter Sample

This will be in all sizes to check conformity to approval sample.

Size Set

This will be in actual production fabric/accessories, with incorporation of all correction and improvement suggested at approval of counter / size set sample.

Pre Production Sample

Production set up, this is done when the production commence, to detect deviations if any from msmt. Specs, detects workmanship problems in   advance to eliminate them before the bulk production and quality control to maximize quality and efficiency in garment production.  

Inline Inspection

This inspection will be done when the production is in full swing and will check  few finished/packed garments in all size for the overall appearance.

Mid-Production

Pre - shipment inspection when the goods are ready for shipment. This is done by AQL system of sampling and inspection.

Final Inspection

Regular feedback and information on status of orders via emails
